We accept major medical PPO plans, except the following insurance plans:

• Aetna – *new patients
• Cigna – *new patients
• United Healthcare – *new patients
• HMO plans of any kind
• Humana
• Medicaid – We are unable to see you as self-pay
• Tricare – We are unable to see you as self-pay
• Temporary plans
• Short term plans
• Ancillary plans
• Foreign exchange plans
• Out-of-state student plans
• Third-party plans

If you have a ministry sharing plan you will be classified as a self-pay patient.

* You are considered "new" even if you are an existing patient and you switch to one of these insurance plans.  Right now we are only seeing our existing patients who currently have this insurance.
